Depending on the role and needs of your business, we offer a range of services from dedicated recruitment campaigns designed to map the market and find the right person for the role to talent pooling and talent planning drives designed to build a future pipeline for upcoming projects and growth plans.

How long does the hiring process take?

On all recruitment campaigns, we aim to have a qualified shortlist delivered within 7 days at the most, or shorter depending on the urgency and difficulty of the role. Finding the right person takes time and we always aim to thoroughly search our internal networks and external markets before submitting candidates.

What guarantees do you offer?

Using external recruitment agencies comes with it’s benefits and disadvantages. We aim to reduce the risks for all our partners by offering an extended guarantee period of 6 months with free candidate replacement should the person not work out (terms and conditions apply).
