How We Work

Identifying Client Needs

The first, and most important step in any recruitment campaign is a comprehensive job brief and requirements gathering process. This goes far beyond a simple job description and takes into consideration the needs of all direct managers involved in the hiring decision. This can be done face to face (if in Victoria, or over a Zoom meeting).

Clear Planning

Once all parties have understood and agreed on the candidate requirements, we set a date for the initial shortlist delivery (usually within 7 days) and lock in potential interview slots to ensure the hiring process will move forward smoothly.

Talent Evaluation and Shortlistings

We then begin a comprehensive talent search through internal databases and external networks to ensure that the right person for the job can be found. While we may already have the perfect candidate in mind from day one, we still believe in going to market so that our clients can have the peace of mind that Axiom Talent has found the best available candidates.

Personalised Presentation of Candidates

A pre-qualified shortlist is delivered on or before the agreed deadline and alongside this is a comprehensive campaign report detailing the number of candidates reviewed, qualified, and shortlisted throughout the process. We strive to then provide all candidates with hiring manager feedback within a day and will assist in locking in interviews with the chosen candidates.

Interviewing and Evaluation

Once interviews are completed and a choice has been made on a candidate, we provide requested references and manage the offer process to ensure the final stage is completed successfully for all parties involved.
